・VCFではクリスチャン学生に、学業を神様の目線から見るように進めています。学んでいる講義の価値や前提とされている価値観に気づき、ただ盲信的に受け入れるのでは無く、神の真実と比較し、しっかり考える事が出来るように。ただ自分達のために良い成績を取るのでは無く、「学業に忠実になる」という事は何を意味するのかしっかり考えられるように。
クリスチャンの大学生として、学んでいる内容や時代の文化をしっかり吟味し、地の塩、世の光となる事が出来るように。
2. 合同祈祷会
シンガポール国立大学のために２月１０日から１７日まで大学生のクリスチャン合同断食祈祷会を持ちます。CCCやナビゲーターとの合同企画です。 学生が自分達のためだけで無く、大学のために祈れるように。そして主が様々な教会や団体から来るクリスチャンの心を祈りによって一致させてくれるように。一人一人が謙虚になり、素直にシンガポール国立大学で神様の御心が行われるように求めることが出来るように。
3. リーダーシップの引継
他の学生団体と同様、学生のリーダーは毎年変わります。多くの学生が卒業していく中、働きを継続していくだけの人数がいるかまだ分かりません。
主が重荷を持つ次の学生リーダーを起こしてくれるように。主が学生達の心に、多くの先輩方がしてきたように、一方踏み出して主に仕える勇気とやる気を与えてくれるように。

1. Faithful to God's call as Christian Students
VCF has been encouraging Christian students to think about what they learn in their respective academic fields from God's eyes. We hope to recognize the values and assumptions of what our lecturers teach so that we do not just blindly accept but compare it with God's truth. We also encourage Christ
ian students not to be caught up chasing good grades for themselves but think about what is faithfulness in studying.
Pray that as Christian University Students, we would learn to think about the content we are taught and the culture of our days so that we may truly be salt and light for Christ.
2. Prayer Engage
Prayer Engage is a prayer and fasting event where we encourage all Christians on campus to be praying for NUS. VCF is working together with Campus Crusade for Christ and the Navigators for this event. It is a week long event from 10th to 17th Feb.
Pray that Christians on campus will learn to pray not only for themselves but also for the school. Pray that God might unite our hearts in prayer despite coming from different Christian ministries and churches. Pray that many of us would humble ourselves and seek God earnestly for His will to be do
ne in NUS.
3. Leadership Renewal
Like other student ministries, the student leaders change every year. Many of us are graduating this semester but we do not know if there would be enough people to take over and carry on the ministry.
Pray that God may raise the next group of student leaders who have a passion for Him and His ministry on campus. Pray that God will put in the hearts of the students the willingness and courage to step forward to serve just like how many batches of seniors have done before.
